It may come as a surprise, but sometimes the cause of pain and discomfort in the body can stem from an unhealthy or burdened mind. Stress, emotional upset and negative thought patterns can wreak havoc on the body's nervous system, which in turn can affect the organs, muscles and almost every other part of the body. It may sound too good to be true, but following these simple tips could be the answer to transforming your health:

Intimacy between two people does not only come in the physical sense. There is also emotional intimacy - and this is how many couples manage to stay happy who are in sexless marriages and relationships. Emotional intimacy between two people can be very powerful and can overcome many obstacles in a marriage - including the issue of no sex.

Although some couples may not experience the physical intimacy of sex - the emotional intimacy for them may be equal to or much deeper than sex. The sense of closeness and unbreakable bond that develops between a couple who have deep emotional intimacy can make a marriage with no sex not seem a problem. When a couple has a strong deep connection on an emotional level - all other problems or issues seem to pale in comparison.

Realize there is always hope in any situation and be inspired to go beyond your circumstances.

Be the bigger person.It's not fun being around a negative person. But just imagine how miserable it must be to be the negative person. They are full of sour emotions and see themselves as the victim of life. They are probably scared and hurting in some way. Anger is one way that many people hide their troubles away from others. Try to be compassionate and give them the benefit of the doubt.

When "Sandy" came and shut off the power in my house, my family quickly came together and prepared for the storm. My mother was ahead of the game and had the materials we needed laid out on the table. Candles were lit. The portable radios were on. The board games and cards were laid out. And of course, there was lots of snacks. My family and I were ready for the storm.

Remember: you get to choose the people in your life,We are not physically attached to every person we deal with day in and day out. It is okay to cut out anyone who brings absolutely no positive value to your life. Friends, family, coworkers, spouses- if they just don't want to be a part of your positive lifestyle, then it's okay to limit contact with them or do away with the relationship altogether. There is a whole world of people out there who can make you smile, so don't waste your happiness on those who don't want to share it.
