You could set your intentions on how you would like things to unfold and occasionally they work out as you expected or at the very least near to exactly how you meant.
All other times you are blindsided by something you were not expecting and it turns your day into one you wish to run away from or pull the covers up over your head and wish it disappeared. Or perhaps exactly what has occurred is down right frightening, terrible, or disastrous.
Whether it is today, yesterday, a week, month, or year ago, you could get past and go forward from that which rocks your world even if it seems like that day might never come.
Depending on exactly what has actually happened and exactly how deeply it has actually impacted you, it can take some time to feel like you are putting one foot in front of the other again as opposed to staying stuck or even taking a step back.
When you are undergoing difficulties, the secret is to know it's feasible for you to be victorious once again, and you will be! It is to think that there is a light at the end of the tunnel and you are walking to it with brand-new understandings and your head held high.
What I have come to acknowledge, and continue to experience in my life, is that with each issue that occurs there lies development and possibilities; sometimes not right away, however they are there.
Opportunities are there for hope, forgiveness, development, higher thinking, happiness, love, and peace.
Some trials are much easier to move forward from than others.
Occasionally it's as easy as being aware of what's going on for you and presto, you have the ability to move your thinking/feeling rather quickly. Various other times having awareness just doesn't appear to change anything.
Having awareness alone doesn't constantly change exactly how you feel or what you want to do.
There are 3 steps though that could help you to change and grow.
Step 1. Awareness - Being conscious and clear about what's going on for you is among the first steps to alter. When you know exactly how you are feeling, or exactly what needs to be done, or you have clearness around exactly what would be beneficial, then you can begin to take steps forward to making changes and growing.
Action 2. Need - There needs to be a need to want to adjust your mind-sets, being, and doing for things to change. Often, we know what would be practical but, and often that's a big but, we do not actually desire things to change even though we say we do. This is true for lots of people. Awareness and need are not constantly enough for change.
Step 3. Dedication - Wishing things would be different does not make them so. You need to commit to not only understanding "exactly what" you wish to alter, however "why" it's crucial and the advantages of doing this. And then "exactly how" you mean to follow this through.
